Reimbursement Policy

Services

Participants may request a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. Eligible reimbursements will be processed within 14 days via the original payment channel. Unused sessions may be transferred to a future date or to another participant with prior notice. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued due to resource planning requirements.

Info Products

Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access granted upon purchase, no refund is available once access has been provided. Please evaluate available previews or samples before completing an order.

Goods

Physical items purchased through botworkshop may be refunded when sent back in their original packaging within 30 days of shipment and in a condition suitable for resale. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs except in cases of defective products. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Modifications to Terms

botworkshop reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date of these terms is 2026.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
